The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the only higher education institution in the country that provides training, retraining and advanced training of civil servants.
The purpose of the activity of the branch of the Academy is to perform the functions of the Academy as a separate structural unit of the Academy in the territory of the North Kazakhstan region, to represent and protect the interests of the Academy.
Mission statement:
Formation of a new generation of civil servants capable of innovative, strategic thinking, capable of effectively solving the strategic tasks of the state.
Tasks:
- Development, organization and promotion of short-term practice-oriented training programs that change the consciousness of the civil servant and develop leadership qualities and future competencies
- Introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process.
Subject of activity of the branch of the Academy:
improving the results-oriented training programs for government and civil servants with the use of interactive and distance learning technologies;
expansion of international cooperation with educational organizations of the near and far abroad engaged in professional training of state and civil servants;
conducting research work, development and implementation of research projects;
preparation for admission to the Academy of candidates from the region in order to increase the share of regional representation in the composition of students;
ensuring the financial stability of the branch for 2020-2023
