The branch of the RSE “Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in the North Kazakhstan region was established on January 4, 2018. The activities of the branch are aimed at :
- increasing the prestige and attractiveness of training in the Branch, both for civil servants and employees of the quasi-public sector, as well as for regional employees of international organizations, NGOs, partners from neighboring countries, representatives of the business community, etc.;
- improvement of training programs for civil servants, including with the use of a result-oriented approach, modern training technologies developed at the Academy, taking into account their needs;
- improving the quality and expanding the list of training programs to improve the skills and competencies of civil servants, taking into account regional specifics;
- conducting on a regular basis by the teachers of the Branch field training seminars for civil servants;
- recruitment and preparation for admission to the Academy of candidates from the region in order to increase the share of regional representation in the composition of students;
- ensuring the financial stability of the branch for 2020-2023.
